de dividendos
O Conselho de Administração da CTEEP - COMPANHIA DE
TRANSMISSÃO DE ENERGIA ELÉTRICA PAULISTA, em reunião realizada
em 11 de janeiro de 2010, aprovou proposta da Diretoria para
pagamento aos acionistas de Dividendos Intermediários no
montante de R$ 161.000.000,00, correspondentes a R$ 1,068656
por ação de ambas as espécies com ex-direito em 12/01/2010 e
pagamento em 22/01/2010.
1. INSTRUÇÕES QUANTO AO CRÉDITO
1.1. Para os acionistas que se encontram custodiados no Banco
Itaú S.A. o crédito será efetuado em 22/01/2010, diretamente
em conta corrente para seus correntistas, e através de
DOCs/TEDs para os correntistas dos demais bancos.
1.2. A Companhia colocará à disposição, na mesma data, as
importâncias relativas aos acionistas custodiados nas Bolsas
de Valores, que se encarregarão de repassá-las às corretoras
depositantes para que estas efetuem os créditos aos acionistas
titulares.

NOTICE TO SHAREHOLDERS
DISTRIBUTION OF DIVIDENDS
In a meeting held on January 11 2010, the Board of Directors
of CTEEP – COMPANHIA DE TRANSMISSÃO DE ENERGIA ELÉTRICA
PAULISTA, approved a proposal from the company’s Executive
Board for the distribution of dividends in the amount of R$
161,000,000.00, corresponding to R$ 1.068656 per share of
either types, the ex-rights date being 01/12/2010 and payment
itself on 01/22/2010.
1. INSTRUCTIONS REGARDING THE CREDIT
1.1. For shareholders whose shares are custodied by Banco Itaú
S.A., the credit will be made on 01/22/2010, directly to the
checking account of shareholders who have accounts at Banco
Itaú S.A., and by means of DOCs/TEDs for shareholders with
accounts at other banks.
1.2. On that same date the Company will make available the
amounts relating to shareholders whose shares are custodied on
the Stock Exchanges, which will be responsible for
transferring them to the respective brokers holding the shares
in custody, in order that they may effect the credits to the
owners of such shares.
